For the past 80 years this well established Section 21 Company has been adding immense value in the area of Property Development, Management of Rental Stock and Life Rights Villages as well as Social Investment Programmes.
An opportunity exists for an experienced individual to manage the operations of a Retirement Village in Diep River.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrate a track record of competence across the range of functional outputs including Operations Management, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management and People Management within Retirement Village Management.
Unquestionable integrity is a fundamental requirement, as well as above average interpersonal skills, action orientation/initiative, a sound work ethic and exceptional planning and organising ability. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of accepted good practice in the service delivery sector. Be able to demonstrate having worked in a customer environment and given good service and be able to establish and maintain sound relationships with participants and relevant stakeholders.
The appointment is governed by the company’s employment strategy in fulfilling its Employment Equity objectives.
